Arrived Damaged?

Damaged on Arrival?

We package every piece by hand, but if something arrives damaged, we'll make it right.

What to do.

1. Don't discard anything, keep the watch, box, and all packaging until this is resolved.

2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shocklabs.ie with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the outer packaging (front and back)

3. We'll aim to review and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Good to know

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible, as this affects our ability to file with UPS.
Replacements are subject to stock. If the piece was part of a limited drop and is sold out, we'll offer a refund, store credit or to fix instead.
This policy covers transit damage only. It does not cover damage caused after delivery.

All returns will be subject to a thorough technical examination.
